Great breakfast in a peaceful setting at a bar, with a convenient location close to the town center and Santander ferry port.

Sensational breakfast with good products. Very pleasant building. - Peaceful location right by the city center. - the winery where a guide explains the whole process of wine making.

Friendly staff, good breakfast variety and good for car parking. The walk into Haro wasn't too long. I'd recommend it for these points and its good travelling location. After reading a bad web review by somebody who had a room at the front and the traffic noise, I asked at the booking time for our party of six to be situated at the rear. You might want to ensure your clients get rear (countryside) rooms.

The unlocking of the doors were difficult for all three rooms. When I inadvertantly left the key behind and had to use the staff key, there wasn't a problem. Ask them to cut new keys. One of the rooms was so bad my son had to ask for another room.

The pool water surface was covered in blossom bits and the water was not obviously being filtered, the water however looked ok if it wasn't for the bits! The television in our room was unable to give any sound we could hear it was frankly useless. The internet worked ok on our netbook.

The food was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, while the location was wonderful and tranquil, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit.

The breakfast was sensational, they make a great selection of meals. I had wonderful huge room with central heating, a work desk and a TV set. Location: the hotel was right by the cafe, the center of town and the winery where a guide explains the whole process of wine making. Also, Church of Santo Tomas was 2 km away.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet beakfast was fresh and kept full. Reception staff were able to help with eservatons for day trips, restaurants and taxis.

The food was somewhat basic despit claiming to be gourmet. The no smoking policy seemed to be entirely disregarded in the bar area which it was necessary to walk through to get to the restaurant. Similarly it was open onto reception so frequently there was cigarette smoke upon entering or leaving the hotel

This hotel is a great value for money option, with reasonable prices and a convenient location just off the motorway on the outskirts of Haro. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms have all the necessary facilities, including separate toilets and baths, balconies, and recently refurbished bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast offered is satisfying and enjoyable.

Our experience at this hotel was satisfactory and we had no major complaints.

We liked the proximity to Bilbao for our ferry and the very helpful staff also local menu was interesting.

I stayed here for two nights - it was on the side of the motorway about 30 min walk to town with no restaurants or anything else around. Had to eat at the hotel and got food poisioning.

Our overnight stay in a single room offered a pleasant view and separate toilets and bath facilities.

In general I thought the food was not of a very good quality. Especialy breakfast which wasn't available untill 8am, The selection was poor and the cold meats etc were not chilled in any way, nor covered to stop fly's.

This place offers peaceful rooms with balconies and has friendly staff with a good sense of humor.

Food ie dinner, very restricted and very poor ( to say the least ). It is not a 4* hotel in many respects.
